All requests can be addressed to info@artisticintelligence.com.

Users may opt-out from receiving electronic communications from the Lab using the relevant platforms, i.e. Kit.
2. Payment Data
Financial information collected by Stripe, Square and Wave is used by those systems to process authorized payments using secure encryption methods. Payment data collected from these platforms may be used to track sales performance and related business analytics. Contact information gathered by these platforms may be used to contact users as appropriate (e.g. to send an invoice or receipt).
3. Research Data
Research data is governed by data policies created specifically for each project, and largely depends on stakeholder requirements and the nature of the data and project goals. Generally, research data is categorized into two types:
- Primary Data: information collected via interviews, surveys, any recordings, photos, participant-created work, focus groups, feedback forms, etc.
- Secondary or Third-Party Data: information collected by another party and shared with the Lab.
By default, Primary Data belongs to the individual(s) or group(s) that provided the data. As a data steward: The Lab’s responsibility is to oversee the ways in which the data is accessible, usable, safe, and trusted. Participants have the right to review their data and ask for correction, update, suppression or deletion of their data. All requests can be addressed to info@artisticintelligence.com.
Secondary or Third-Party Data is treated in accordance with any requirements stipulated by the party providing the data. Changes to secondary or third-party data would be the responsibility of the data owner.
The Lab may use and disclose de-identified or aggregated information for research, marketing, or other purposes. De-identified or Aggregated information does not personally identify you or any other user.
By default, all research data is stored on encrypted hard drives and in the cloud (stakeholder agreements permitting). The long-term location of physical data is protected by an alarm system, but not protected against fire, flooding, or other disasters be they natural or man-made.
No data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you wish to change anything regarding your research data with the Lab, all requests can be addressed to info@artisticintelligence.com.
